I divide the underworld journey into three stages of 90-120 minutes each. I accompany you every step of the way, and you will also meet a guide in the underworld, who will lead you to all the places you need to go.

In Stage 1, you visit the Place of Wounds, where you encounter the first incident that marked the current cycle of pain/hurt that you are experiencing. Your guide then takes you to the Place/Chamber of Contracts, where you will be allowed to see the contract that connected to your wound.

In Stage 2, you write a new contract and return to the Place of Contracts, where you ask for the old contract to be destroyed and replaced with the new contract.

In Stage 3, you visit the Place/Chamber of Beauty/Grace, where you meet the

fragments of your soul that fled to the Place of Beauty, as a result of the traumas

arising from your current cycle of pain. You now have the opportunity to ask your

soul fragments to return to you. Finally, you are led to the Place/Chamber of Gifts, where you will receive all the many gifts that are available to you in the service of humankind.

The Upperworld Journey can only take place if at least one full Underworld Journey has been completed. In the Upperworld Journey, you meet your Celestial Parents,

rediscover your mission for this current life on earth, and meet the animal being who will accompany you back to earth and be a helpmeet to you in this mission, should you so wish.
